Terms of Service Updated

In order to better explain our commitment to our Clients privacy, we have updated our Terms of Service.

Please note that these Terms of Service are in effect as of Monday, January 21, 2011.

New Year's Hours and Closing Dates

Servcom USA will be holding special holiday hours from Monday, December 27th through Thursday, December 30th. For this week, we will only be working on critical issues and completing our end-of-year tasks. For non-critical tickets, we will be escalating tickets on a case-by-case basis. We ask that all tickets be opened through the Client Access Portal, when possible.

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of New Year's from December 30th, 2010 through January 2nd, 2011. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Monday, January 3rd, 2011.

Christmas Closings

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of Christmas from December 23rd through December 26th, 2010. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Monday, December 27th.

Training Day - December 17th

In order to continue improving our services, Servcom USA will be conducting a training day for our technicians and employees on Friday, December 17th.

Please be aware that our technicians will be limited in their availability to respond to non-emergency service calls during regular business hours. As always, please call our office to report service disruptions, or go online to our Client Access Portal and submit a ticket.

Closing Date - Thanksgiving Weekend, November 24th - 28th

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving from November 24th through November 28th, 2010. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Monday, November 29th.

Closing Date - Veterans Day, November 11th

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day on November 11th, 2010. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Friday, November 12th.
