Training Day - May 10th

In order to continue improving our services, Servcom USA will be conducting a training day for our technicians and employees on Tuesday, May 10th.Please be aware that our technicians will be limited in their availability to respond to non-emergency service calls during regular business hours. As always, please call our office to report service disruptions, or go online to our Client Access Portal and submit a ticket.

Closing Date - Easter Monday

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of Easter Monday on April 25th, 2011. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Tuesday, April 26th.

Power Outage

Because of today's inclement weather, power has been disrupted at our office.

Although our cloud-based services are working properly, some services (including LifeSaver 24x7 Network Monitoring) will be adversely impacted until power is restored.
