Closing Date - Easter Monday

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of Easter Monday on April 25th, 2011. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Tuesday, April 26th.

Closing Date - President's Day

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of President's Day on February 21st, 2011. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Tuesday, February 22nd.

Closing Date - Veterans Day, November 11th

Servcom USA will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day on November 11th, 2010. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Friday, November 12th.

Training Day - September 24th

In order to continue improving our services, Servcom USA will be conducting a training day for our technicians and employees on Friday, September 24th.

Please be aware that our technicians will be limited in their availability to respond to non-emergency service calls during regular business hours. As always, please call our office to report service disruptions, or go online to our Client Access Portal and submit a ticket.

Closing Date - Labor Day, September 6

On Monday, September 6th, Servcom USA will be closed for Labor Day.

Please note that all tickets and issues opened through email or the Client Access Portal on the 6th will be recieved on September 10th at 10:00am.
